This is the last Will and Testament of me Annas xx
Cleasby of Arkengarthdale in the North Riding of this County of York Widow I give and bequeath ??? Unto my Son Anthony Cleasby of Arkengarthdale aforesaid All my Goods Chattles and Effects of whatever nature or Kind the same may commit To hold to him the said Anthony Cleasby his Heirs Executors and Administrators Out of which I will order and direct my said Son Anthony To pay my Debts and Funeral Expenses and to ??? Following Legacies (viz) to my Son Robert Cleasby the Sum of one Shilling to my Son William Cleasby the Sum of one Shilling, to my Son David Cleasby the Sum of ten pounds, to my Daughter Mary Scott the Sum of Twenty Pounds to my Daughter Ann Tailor the Sum of one Shilling and to my Daughter Elizabeth Alderson the Sum of Twenty Pounds during her Natural Life and at her decease I will order and Direct the said Sum to be equally distributed and Divided amongst the Children of my said Daughter |

Share and share alike And I do nominate and Appoint my said Son Anthony Cleasby sole Executor Of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking All former Wills and Testaments by me at any Time made and I do declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I The said Annas Cleasby have herewith set my Hand and Seal this Twenty Second Day of February One Thousand eight Hundred and Two. Signed Sealed published and declared By the said Annas Cleasby as and for Her last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in her presence At her request and in the presence of Each other have hereunto inscribed Our Names as Witnesses Wm Martin Thos Metcalf Anna Cleasby her mark Anthony Cleasby the Executor within named was Duly sworn to administer the goods and effects of the Within named Annas Cleasby deceased and that At ther decease they did not to the best of his Knowledge and belief amount to three Hundred pounds.
